An awful ending

The NYTimes is reporting that actress Natasha Richardson, 45, has died two days after a ski accident. So tragic. My thoughts are with her family and friends, which include husband Liam Neeson, mother Vanessa Redgrave and sister Joely Richardson—all actors. The following statement was released from the family:

"Liam Neeson, his sons, and the entire family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Natasha. They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time."

One of my favorite movies growing up was "The Parent Trap" in which she starred with Dennis Quaid and a young Lindsay Lohan. I will have to watch it in her memory. Rest in peace.
