Since I'm not the biggest fan of this year's SYTYCD returning all-star format, let's toast to a time when the contestants only danced with each other and when the show was truly about the growth between couples. I am so happy Kathryn and Legacy's Season 6 dance choreographed by Stacey Tookey was nominated for an Emmy this year, as was Mia Michaels' phenomenal addiction piece from Season 5 danced by Kayla and Kapono. Here's to SYTYCD returning to glory.
**Side note: Seeing Kent cry tonight after the judges announced Alex's departure was PROOF that he is Adam Shankman's secret son.
