New respect for T. Swift

Taylor Swift did a fantastic job hosting SNL last night! She was cute, sparkly and brought a young, hip sensation to the rest of the cast. My personal favs were her opening monologue and the SNL Digital Short, which was a trailer parody of Twilight.

I've been hard on T. Swift since she stepped on the scene because of her close proximity to Miley Cyrus (sick). But Taylor really held her own with the SNL cast and surprised me!

I have a newfound respect for Beyoncé after she rocked her VMA performance and then brought Taylor Swift out to finish her speech when Beyoncé won Video of the Year. Watch both below:

What is wrong with Kanye?!

Kanye West displayed what I'd like to call unsportsmanlike conduct at tonight's MTV Video Music Awards when he upstaged Taylor Swift during her acceptance speech for Best Female Video. This—after other such outbursts, and I'd say this guy needs some serious anger management help.
